On July 27, 2017 – Israeli Police Attacks Muslims Gathered to Pray in Jerusalem (Al Aqsa Mosque). Even after ongoing boycott across the globe, Israel Police repeats the same action. The heat in the Jerusalem drastically increase over the past few weeks. According to authorities, Israeli officials blocked Muslims who wanted to pray in Al Aqsa Mosque. Officials have reported that they took the cautions due to security and placed metal detectors in the entrances. However, they have only allowed people over 40 to enter for praying.

Immediately, leaders across the world gave reaction speeches with bases of violating personal rights of Palestinians. Of course, these reactions were not only limited with the global leaders but also public reacted regardless of their religion. Additionally, local people have joined Palestinians to support them on their boycott for their religious rights.
All over the world, the strongest condemn came from Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He has immediately arranged a press conference and mentioned actions of Israel Police is unacceptable. In addition, he added that every person has a right to live their religious experience freely. Not letting people to enter a mosque to pray is just subhuman act. Moreover, he has mentioned that just like Jewish people freely go to Synagogue in Turkey, Muslims should have the same freedom in Jerusalem.
