April 07, 2017 – Last night, President Donald Trump held a press conference and announced that U.S. Missiles Hit Syria Air Base. How will Russia, Syria, China, and even Iran partnership in Middle East Region react? Will this action be enough to stop Syrian Leader Assad? There are many unanswered questions and certainly more will come through.
Unfortunately, the war in the Middle has been going on for many years. The main problem in the region is that there have been so many sides without any border lines which makes it nearly impossible for the future. Even more, powerful countries such as USA, Russia, China, and Britain have kept supporting different sides over the years turning it into much complicated.
This confusion has led Assad’s Regime to increase his power for acting recklessly. Over the years, he has shown brutal act to his own people. This situation has lead over 5 million Syrians to leave their homeland and look for peace in foreign countries (mainly Turkey with over 3 million refuges). NATO has pointed out numerous times that it is not NATO member countries job to interfere with Syria’s internal affairs; however, Assad has continued to cross lines with his actions.
What was the reason behind the event of U.S. Missiles Hit Syria Air Base?
Last week, videos have been served online as a proof of Bashar al-Assad using chemical weapons against his own people. There have been many children and other civilians who lost their lives in these unfortunate attacks. This chemical attack was not Assad first time! However, world leaders have always confine themselves to condemn Assad’s action – NOTHING MORE!
I personally believe that President Trump might be one of the worst president in the US History. However, seeing that U.S. Missiles Hit Syria Air Base eased my mind because of the current situation in the Middle East Region. No matter what results will occur in the end, we always need to take a stand against horrible people. Regardless of the individuals, we need to support this move!
